SAYRE REAL ESTATE is one of the vanishing breeds of independent offices, unfranchised with caring personnel. Sole ownership by life long citizens of Belmont County, Jim & Jeanne Sayre opened their doors in 1991 as SAYRE REAL ESTATE. Licensed since 1979, Jeanne has continued the effort to treat people as they would like to be treated, with respect.

Community involvment includes support of community outdoor concerts, Chamber events, and various Belmont County School functions to show the pride of our valley.

 

Since that time, many developments have evolved with our devotion to providing a beautiful environment for homes and new buisnesses. Changes have been made with the character of family homes, condominiums, and apartment living to maintain the lifestyle atmosphere of a great county to live and work.    

 

We have many homeowners that need to know of the proper resources to contact to finance the first time homebuyer, V. A. & FHA. Local contacts for conventional and cash transactions are met in a most timely fashion to close in the contract time period.
